The VoicePro Midtower with J-Say Pro

This VoicePro desktop has been designed to optimize the J-Say speech input/voice output technology. The robust platform design is particularly suited for use by AT labs and power users and provides broad flexibility to support many AT technologies. Our services include building a custom assembled system, installation and configuration of software and peripheral technologies. Differences Between VoicePro and Other Computers

MSI 945P Neo5 motherboard

This motherboard configuration is chosen by us specifically for speech in/voice out applications. MSI is a maker of high quality motherboards, and this design has been thoroughly tested by us to make sure that there is no reduction in recognition accuracy or system stability. In keeping with our design philosophy, this motherboard supports Dual channel DDR2 667/533/400 memory, and Supports FSB 1066/800/533 based Processor.

SoundBlaster Audigy

Our internal tests (and field experience) have shown that this PCI sound card provides excellent voice recognition support, with features kept to a minimum to avoid compatibility issues. It is a full duplex card and supports speech synthesis and other output technologies. We will download the modified driver when using Jaws for Windows software.

CD-RW/DVD

We have included a CD Readable/Writable Drive. (A writable DVD is available.) This allows for the efficient transfer of voice files, and other data intensive information. Up to 700 MB per CD. In addition, we include a DVD player for increased study/learing opportunities.

SATA2 Hard Drive

The 160 GB hard drive is a SATA2 hard drive which have proven remarkably durable and reliable in field use. We provide large capacity drives in order to support multimedia applications and allow adequate space for appropriate backup.

Other Considerations

We custom assemble and test our systems for optimum performance. We are continually evaluating new components, and complete extensive lab testing, prior to bringing any component change to the public. This allows us to stay on the cutting edge, and share appropriate recommendations based on individual and organizational objectives, without risking functionality or system stability.

Our case provides USB 2 connectivity at the front. Standard colors are putty and black.

Warrantee Information

Prior to shipment/delivery your computer system is pre-tested to assure you years of trouble free computing. This system has a one year manufacturer warrantee for parts and 90 day for labor (Lynnwood, WA). An optional three year OnSite ServiceNet warranty for hardware is available.
