From I-5 South take exit 181 which is the 196th Street exit for Lynwood. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp on 196th Street. Cross streets are in ascending numerical order. Turn left on 50th Street. The next cross street is 200th. We are in the Cedar Valley Business Park which is just on the other side of 200th on the right hand side- the street name changes from 50th to Cedar Valley Rd. as it crosses 200th.
From I-5 North take exit 181A which is the 44th Street exit for Lynwood. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp on 44th. The first traffic light on the other side of I-5 is 200 th. Turn left on 200. Cross streets are in ascending numerical order. When you reach 50th Street it will be called 50th to your right and Cedar Valley Road to your left. Turn left on Cedar Valley Rd. and right into the first driveway for the Cedar Valley Business Park.
From 405 North proceed to the I-5 interchange and enter onto I-5 southbound. Stay in the right hand lane which is both an entry and exit lane for 196 Street. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp on 196th Street. Cross streets are in ascending numerical order. Turn left on 50th Street. The next cross street is 200th. We are in the Cedar Valley Business Park which is just on the other side of 200th on the right hand side- the street name changes from 50th to Cedar Valley Rd. as it crosses 200th.
